Businesses and organisations are increasingly looking to Workbridge and the disability recruitment sector to meet a range of their strategic goals and employment solutions: social conscience, develop a diverse and innovative workforce, retain skills in an aging workforce, widen their pool of talent, create a pipeline between disabled tertiary qualified jobseekers and Workbridge employers, combat high staff turnover, meet industry skills shortages, reduce recruitment costs and build the economic development of all New Zealanders.

Our Employer Partnership

 With our national and local Employer Partnerships, we have or are finalising 15 partnerships, with another 11 in discussion.

These employers include Adecco, Z Energy, Prima Deli, ACC, OCS, IRD, Westpac, ARA Auckland Airport Academy, Accor Hotels, Hotel Grand Chancellor, Wellington/Palmerston North Councils, 2 Degrees, the Call Centre People, NZ Post.

We are also in discussion with Media Works, Parliamentary Services, MetService, Jacobs, Novotel ChCh, L’Oreal, Sky City, Armourguard NZ, Montano Catering and IAG Insurance.

We have found having the endorsement of our work by respected employers, has really opened the door to other employers.

With our Employer Ambassador, employer, tertiary and other partnerships we are developing employer supported initiatives such as Workbridge in Schools.
