Workbridge, Where abilities equal employment

Workbridge provides employment support services for disabled people and people with health issues including mental illness and addiction. We understand everyone’s situation is different, that’s why we tailor our services to suit you and your individual needs. 

Services we offer 

We have 22 teams of dedicated employment consultants throughout New Zealand. Our teams can offer you: 

  • A private and confidential service 

  • CV development and interview skills training 

  • Help with interpreting employment agreements 

  • Help with accessing support funding assistance 

  • Help preparing for your new job and how to manage your health while working 

  • Tools to help you share your disability at work confidently 

  • Ongoing support once you have secured a job. 

 

Accessing our services 

Services are available to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents aged between 16 and 64 years of age who have a disability or health issue which lasts more than 6 months.  

This excludes people who already receive vocational support from ACC or Ministry of Health and school students. 

Prior to working with us, you will need to complete our online registration form.
